The Taittinger Dinner

Join us at The Atlantic Hotel for a prestigious dinner showcasing some of the finest Taittinger Champagnes. Camilla Easby, UK Executive for Family Taittinger, will take you through the history of this iconic brand.
This is a rare opportunity to taste a selection of the Taittinger range, starting the journey with the classic Taittinger Brut Réserve, matched with a selection of canapes from Will Holland.
A carefully constructed dish of Halibut tartare with brown crab cake and Exmoor caviar will be paired with the elegant Taittinger Brut Vintage 2012, followed by poached corn-fed chicken breast with a glass of sumptuous Taittinger Prelude Grand Cru and Folies de la Marquetterie.
To finish, indulge in a classic apple tarte fine with caramel sauce, compote and clotted cream ice cream, perfectly matched with a smooth Taittinger Nocturne Sec.
