Receptionist

As a Receptionist, your role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest is welcomed with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Your responsibility extends to maintaining an environment that guarantees excellent guest satisfaction throughout their stay. With a minimum of 1 year's experience in hotel reception, preferably in a luxury setting, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality. Proficiency in computer operations, including the Opera system, along with familiarity with management software like Res.Diary and Micros, is essential.
