Andy has spent his career to date working in top-flight kitchens throughout the UK, including Michelin-starred The Box Tree Inn, Yorkshire, where Marco Pierre White famously started his culinary journey.
He also spent time at award-winning La Bécasse Restaurant, Shropshire; renowned The Wild Rabbit, Oxfordshire, under the guidance of revered Chef Alyn Williams and multi-rosette-rated Coast Restaurant, Pembrokeshire.
Andy Lynam’s career highlights include being Sous Chef and an integral part of the start-up team at Coast Restaurant when the restaurant was crowned ‘Restaurant Of The Year’ by the AA Restaurant Guide just one year after opening and more recently when he launched ‘The Garden Room‘ at The Woodman Inn, Yorkshire under his stewardship as Head Chef.
Andy is not only passionate about food, but the whole journey of the ingredients that he works with. He is an advocate of organic produce and the ‘farm to fork’ philosophy, ensuring he has a complete understanding and appreciation of food and the seasons.
