Embark on a culinary adventure with our Executive Chef, Will Holland, in an exclusive Jersey Lobster Tortellini Workshop and Lunch. This unique experience is perfect for food lovers of all skill levels, offering a blend of hands-on cooking and gourmet dining that will leave a lasting impression.

Gather around a large communal table in one of our elegant event spaces, where you’ll be welcomed with a glass of crisp Italian Gavi to set the mood. Under Chef Will Holland’s expert guidance, you’ll learn the art of crafting delicate tortellini filled with succulent Jersey lobster.

Following the workshop, guests will be invited for a three course lunch including the tortellini they have made.
