The dining experience at The Atlantic Hotel is considered exceptional and this extends to the luxury catering the hotel provides for weddings and events. Executive Chef Will Holland has a passion for seasonal produce and for showcasing some of the finest ingredients Jersey has to offer. Will and his team will work directly with couples to create a wonderful wedding breakfast, mouth-watering canapés and tempting evening buffets.

The hotel has an extensive wine list and our Head Sommelier can provide recommendations for the perfect wine pairings and champagne to toast the celebrations.
