Slow cooked duck egg
Chorizo, coriander, fried sourdough breadcrumbs, charred broccoli

Pot-roast cauliflower (v)
Crumbled stilton cheese, nut and seed granola, crispy kale

Roast beef sirloin
Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables, shallot marmalade, whipped horseradish cream

Roast cod fillet
Brown shrimp and parsley butter, crispy parmentier potatoes, samphire

Braised lamb shoulder
Pickled red cabbage, boulangere potato, mint yoghurt, lamb jus

Nage of Jersey fish and shellfish
Jersey potatoes, spinach, cucumber tagliatelle, fresh herbs

Wild mushroom raviolo (v)
Pickled celeriac, wilted greens, celeriac and truffle sauce, cep powder
