The Good Stone BBQ Lunch

This summer, we are delighted to welcome The Good Stone to The Atlantic Hotel for a very special collaboration, hosted on our terrace overlooking the bay.
Led by Chris Scott, The Good Stone is renowned for its dramatic open-fire cooking, where exceptional ingredients are prepared slowly over flame, smoke and embers using handcrafted Tower BBQs. Expect a true fire feast – with ingredients suspended over open flames, kissed by smoke, and cooked with a focus on simplicity, seasonality and bold flavour.
Working alongside our Executive Chef, Will Holland, this collaboration brings together the theatre of live-fire cooking with the finesse of The Atlantic’s cuisine. The result is a relaxed yet refined BBQ experience, designed for sharing and abundance – a generous feast served across multiple stations, celebrating the very best of land, sea and garden.
Guests will enjoy a series of dishes prepared across three live fire cooking stations, with chefs working over fire throughout the service.
In the event of inclement weather, the experience will continue in Ocean restaurant, with dishes prepared behind the scenes, ensuring the full menu can still be enjoyed.
