We are delighted to welcome Tommy Radiguet from Tavola to The Atlantic Hotel for a very special collaboration luncheon celebrating seasonality and Jersey’s vibrant dining scene.
For this exclusive event, Tommy will join Executive Chef, Will Holland, and the Ocean Restaurant team to create a menu inspired by fresh pasta, carefully sourced seasonal produce and relaxed Italian-style dining.
Bringing together Tommy’s ingredient-led approach with Will’s refined and contemporary style, the luncheon promises a unique collaborative experience in the elegant surroundings of Ocean Restaurant.
