Summer Cookery Demonstration & Lunch
Saturday 13th June
Join us for an exclusive BBQ cookery demonstration where our Executive Chef, Will Holland, will guide you through the techniques and skills needed to create a selection of impressive summer barbecue dishes.
The demonstration will include treacle-glazed retired Jersey dairy cow with roast bone marrow Hollandaise, chargrilled stuffed squid with fennel and pink grapefruit, charred butternut squash with smoked aubergine puree and toasted pine nuts, fig and goat’s cheese flatbread with truffle dressing, followed by smoked banana souffle with salted caramel ice cream. This exclusive event is limited to a maximum of 20 guests.
