Warm lemongrass jelly, Thai curry veloute, coriander shoots, kaffir lime

To follow

Jersey butter roasted cod fillet
Charred corn on the cob, caramelised Roscoff onion, clam, smoked haddock and sweetcorn chowder

Jersey Tea Company green tea ochazuke
Green tea and yoghurt bavarois, kumquat and tea leaf infused vodka ochazuke, kumquat jam
