Following this, savour a delectable Chocolate Extravaganza in the luxurious setting of Ocean Restaurant.
Xoco is the world’s first chocolate producer to cultivate its own single-variety cacao, revolutionising chocolate craftsmanship. Through the ancient technique of grafting, Xoco preserves the exact fruit flavour of the mother tree while enhancing each cacao variety’s natural essence. From opening the cacao pods to meticulously refining their flavour, Xoco creates chocolate couverture with unmatched purity and intensity.
