Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, celeriac remoulade, caramelised onion. crushed swede and carrot, seasonal greens, red wine sauce, horseradish cream

Pan-roast cod fillet
Sauteed forest mushrooms, potato puree, samphire, mushroom cream sauce

Freshly hand-rolled tagliatelle (v)
Asparagus and fresh peas, pesto cream sauce, pine nuts, rocket salad
