Yorkshire pudding, celeriac remoulade, red wine sauce, horseradish cream, roast potatoes, caramelised onion, crushed root vegetables, seasonal greens, cauliflower cheese

Butter-roasted cod fillet
Potato puree, charred mussels, samphire, tender leeks, crispy shallots, mariniere sauce

Freshly hand-rolled tagliatelle (v)
Creme fraiche, chervil, charred asparagus fresh from the barbecue, salad mache, truffle dressing
