Roast free-range turkey breast (min 8 persons)
Confit turkey leg, pigs-in-blankets, roast potatoes and parsnips, bread sauce, seasonal vegetables, sage and onion stuffing, spiced cranberries, turkey jus

Grilled bream fillet
Jersey lobster bisque risotto, samphire, baby leeks, crispy shallots, herb oil

Bubble and Squeak pithivier (v)
Chestnut cream sauce, choucroute, crispy kale, caramelised onion
