Roast free-range turkey breast (minimum of 8 persons)
Confit turkey leg, pigs-in-blanket, roast potatoes and parsnips, brioche sauce, seasonal vegetables, sage and onion stuffing, spiced cranberries, turkey jus

Lobster bisque risotto, samphire, tender leeks, crispy shallots, green onion oil
