Butter-roast hake fillet, Jersey scallop tortellini, locally collected sea vegetables, Jersey lobster bisque

On arrival, a glass of Ken Forrester’s Sparklehorse, Chenin Blanc, Stellenbosch, 2020

Lunch will be accompanied by a glass of wine:

12.30 pm – Demonstration and tasting in The Pine Room

1.00 pm – Lunch in Ocean restaurant around large sharing tables

£45 per person.
