Mercury Distribution

Based in the Channel Islands, Mercury Distribution is a locally owned company comprising of 5 complementary divisions. These include Hospitality, Engineering, Medical, Office and Home Delivery.

At the forefront of our business is our Engineering Division which specialises in the design, supply, installation and maintenance of a wide range of catering, refridgeration, air conditioning and laundry equipment for professional business environments. Taittinger is one of the last great independent Champagne houses owned and actively managed by the family named on the label. The founder, Pierre Taittinger, bought in 1932 the Forest and Fourneaux house which was created in 1734. The current director is Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger and he’s assisted by his daughter and his son, Vitalie and Clovis. They are guardians of style, quality and integrity. The hallmark of their fine Champagne is the highest proportion of Chardonnay used in their winemaking to produce elegant and delicate Champagne.

Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust

The Eat Jersey Food Festival is delighted to have Durrell Conservation Trust as its chosen philanthropic partner.

Durrell is an international charity with the mission of saving species from extinction.

Author and naturalist Gerald Durrell founded the Jersey Zoo in 1959. It became a charitable trust in 1963 and was renamed Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust in 1999 in honour of its founder. Durrell pursues its mission by undertaking conservation action and building conservation capacity around the world, as well as managing the wildlife park in Jersey as its headquarters and as a world class centre for breeding, research, training and education. 

Classic Herd

The Classic Herd farm in St Peter, Jersey is owned by the Quenault family and has been producing great quality milk for over 40 years. Their focus has always been to produce as natural and tasty produce as possible and are the only cheese makers in Jersey. The farm also has a stock of 50 plus Angus and Belgian Blue crosses for meat, free range chickens and 20 breeding sows and followers for pork produce. The farm supplies many of Jersey's top restaurants, including all three of the Michelin star restaurants.

Faulkner Fisheries

Faulkner Fisheries was founded by Sean Faulkner in 1980. They operate form Jersey and Guernsey with their own viviers, fish shop and a rustic restaurant here at L'Etacq. They also have another Poissonnerie in the famous St Helier Fish Market selling fresh fish and shellfish and a fishing Vessel "Corentine" based in St Helier Harbour. The ethos in every sector of the company is seafood. Yet each specialises in their own particular field whether it be retail, wholesale, export and now provide beautiful freshly cooked seafood served overlooking the breathtaking St Ouen's bay with a glass of wine.

Food Partners

Food Partners was formed in late 2014 by Campbell Askwith. Campbell’s career to date has encompassed a blend of hotel industry operations, food wholesaling, consultancy and advisory work.

One of the hospitality sector's best-known and respected Hospitality & Catering advisers, Campbell formed Food Partners in October 2014. Since then he has worked with a range of hoteliers and restaurateurs in the United Kingdom, Europe, and The Caribbean in a wide variety of assignments. This includes a role as Interim CEO of The Boat House Group owned by Mr James Lane, a well-known Jersey based entrepreneur.

Food Partners think differently about food & beverage operations to help our clients reach their potential. Our aim is to collaboratively bring our knowledge and experience to help improve and develop every aspect of our clients’ operation.

Fungi Delecti

Fungi Delecti is a one stop larder for chefs and home cooks. Fungi started with a single shitake mushroom in 1992 and now it encompasses a diverse range of over 1,600 product lines. There is very little being used in modern day cuisine that Fungi Delecti doesn't have at its fingertips.


Founded by Paul and Valda Goodfellow, G & G Goodfellows Ltd is a highly creative design and distribution company with an amazing showroom in Baker Street, London. Offering a truly hands-on service, Goodfellows passion is to bring new and exciting, bespoke food and presentation concepts to the UK's culinary scene. As well as offering a wide variety of the world's best branded tableware, kitchen equipment, clothing and machines, Goodfellows also collaborates closely with UK Craft producers for totally unique products. They work with all sizes of restaurant & catering projects, happy to supply anything from an individual plate to a full restaurant concept.

White Rock Brewery

White Rock Brewery offers real cask-conditioned ales inspired by traditional recipes but adapted and modernised to create an infusion of flavours with depth and originality, unlike anything else on the market. We are also big supporters of ‘keeping it local’ and source whatever we can on-island. Think; wheat beers, ales conditioned with fruits or blended with coffee, chocolate, honey or ginger, and you’ll see the direction we’re going in.
