Easenmyne

From humble beginnings in 1945 we have grown into a pan island wholesale business Easenmyne and Phoenix Foodservice operating in the Channel Islands serving approximately 800+ customers. Our passion for food continues to this day – we still get excited by the products we source; from large Mediterranean olives, locally landed Guernsey fish, luxurious truffle oils, and dairy products from our local dairies, to fresh meats such as reputable brands Slaney beef and John Stone dry aged beef to artisan cheeses around Europe.

We’ve built a growing network of suppliers through a local team of dedicated buyers/butchers/fishmongers and have forged strong relationships throughout Europe. This means we can source and deliver specialty seasonal ingredients for innovative and cost effective dishes that delight customers. Accountability is important to our customers; that’s why we ethically source our products from farms and fields with only the best reputations and standards.
