Adam Braithwaite is Head Chef at The Atlantic Hotel, working closely with Executive Chef, Will Holland to lead the brigade in Ocean Restaurant. He joined The Atlantic Hotel as Sous Chef in October 2017, bringing his extensive Michelin-starred restaurant experience to Jersey.

Inspired to work in the kitchen at a young age, Adam began his career at La Bécasse, Ludlow, where he first teamed up with Ocean Restaurant’s Executive Chef, Will Holland. Adam then moved to The Samling Hotel in Windermere as a Chef de Partie before becoming Acting Head Chef. Adam is familiar with small islands, having previously worked at the Isle of Eriska Hotel in Scotland as Sous Chef. With a passion for food and restaurants, Adam loves to keep up with the latest culinary trends.

Yes, Afternoon Tea is available daily. Booking in advance is essential. Afternoon Tea can be enjoyed in the lounge during the winter months, and on the terrace during summer, weather permitting. We also have a Children’s Afternoon Tea menu available.

Do I need to book a table for drinks?

No reservation is required for drinks, but tables are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended for dining.

Yes, The Atlantic Hotel offers complimentary car parking for guests. The hotel has two dedicated disabled parking spaces. The disabled parking spaces are located next to the main entrance doors. The hotel team can provide assistance if needed.
