The Atlantic Hotel to host Taittinger Champagne Dinner

The Atlantic Hotel welcomes Taittinger for a prestigious dinner on Thursday 14th November as a showcase of some of the finest Taittinger Champagnes.


The Atlantic’s Executive Chef Will Holland has created a special menu for the evening featuring the finest local produce, with each course paired with a special Champagne selection. Camilla Easby, UK Executive for Taittinger Champagne, will take diners through the history of this iconic brand.


This is a rare opportunity to taste a selection of the Taittinger range, starting the journey with the classic Taittinger Brut Réserve, matched with a selection of canapes from Will Holland. A carefully constructed dish of Halibut tartare with brown crab cake and Exmoor caviar will be paired with the elegant Taittinger Brut Vintage 2012, followed by poached corn-fed chicken breast with a glass of sumptuous Taittinger Prelude Grand Cru and Folies de la Marquetterie. To finish, indulge in a classic apple tarte fine with caramel sauce, compote and clotted cream ice cream, perfectly matched with a smooth Taittinger Nocturne Sec.
