Will Holland wins Chef of the Year at the 2023 Hotel Cateys Awards
We are delighted to announce that Executive Chef Will Holland won the Hotel Chef of the Year (fewer than 250 covers) award at the Hotel Cateys 2023.
Dubbed the Oscars of the hospitality industry, these accolades recognise and celebrate excellence among hospitality professionals. The awards took place at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge on 13th November 2023.
Will was shortlisted alongside Elliot Hill of the Chester Grosvenor, Manish Patel of Indus at Park Regis Birmingham, Nik Chappell of the Slaughters Manor House and Sam Karle of Dakota Manchester.
Since their launch in 2007, the Hotel Cateys have celebrated the most successful hotels, hoteliers and hotel employees across the UK. The awards were created to recognise and reward those individuals and teams that work tirelessly to make sure their business delivers an exceptional guest experience, day in, day out.
