Patrick Burke appointed to the Board of Visit Jersey
Patrick Burke, Owner and Managing Director at The Atlantic Hotel, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Visit Jersey from September 2018.
Patrick has an Honours Degree in Hotel and Catering from the University of Surrey and more than 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. He served as a Director of Small Luxury Hotels of the World for the best part of 20 years which included three years as Chairman. Patrick co-founded the Luxury Jersey Hotels consortium which he chairs. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality and a member of the Master Innholders and has been granted the Freedom of the City of London.
Patrick will sit on the Board to support Visit Jersey’s mission to promote tourism to and within Jersey in an innovative, economic and efficient way. The aim is delivering on Visit Jersey’s vision of one million visitors by 2030 and a future visitor spend of £500m per annum. Patrick joins hospitality expert Amanda Willmott as the newest additions to the Board.
