Top chefs from across Britain to unite for inaugural Eat Jersey Food Festival in November 2015

The Atlantic Hotel will host eight top chefs from across Britain and Europe for the inaugural Eat Jersey Food Festival this November.

Acclaimed chefs from across the British Isles and France will join Executive Head Chef, Mark Jordan, for the three-day gourmet event designed to celebrate the island’s finest produce.

As part of the continuing efforts by The Atlantic Hotel and owner, Patrick Burke, to help put Jersey firmly on the map internationally, this high-profile event will offer an array of opportunities to taste the island’s fantastic produce at its very best through the talent of some of today’s most renowned chefs.

Speaking of the inspiration behind the event, Patrick Burke, owner of The Atlantic Hotel, said: ‘As The Atlantic Hotel celebrates its 45th anniversary this year, we continue to do our utmost to have Jersey recognised internationally, for everything from the finest dining, to the spectacular scenery, and the most luxurious retreats. As part of this, we are passionate about promoting the wonderful produce available from both coast and country on our beautiful island and will be promoting our event extensively in the UK with the expectation of generating profile for the island while also encouraging out of season visitors to Jersey.

Their talent and creativity combined with the very finest and freshest of ingredients promises a spectacular weekend of gastronomy.
