State of the art cheese trolley enhances offering in Ocean Restaurant
The Atlantic Hotel is delighted to announce an exciting enhancement to its offering in Ocean Restaurant in the form of a state of the art cheese trolley.
The new trolley has been specially commissioned from French cabinet makers, Quiso. Each of their pieces is designed by awarding winning designer Patrick Sarran and handcrafted in their studio in Toulouse. Made from natural oak from the forests of Burgundy, the new trolley’s unique design perfectly complements the oak floor in Ocean Restaurant and is temperature controlled so the cheese is always served at the very best quality.

“We used to have a much loved cheese trolley but had to retire it when the pandemic came along. We are delighted to have found the perfect product to match the style and exceptional standards we aim to achieve in Ocean while at the same time meeting today’s stringent standards of food hygiene. Many of our diners opt for cheese instead of or as well as a dessert and we wanted to enhance the experience of choosing from our extensive range of cheeses and condiments at the table.”
