Second appearance on Saturday Kitchen this year for The Atlantic Hotel’s Executive Head Chef, Mark Jordan

Executive Head Chef of The Atlantic Hotel and Ocean Restaurant, Mark Jordan returns to the popular programme Saturday Kitchen on BBC1 on 27 October for the second time this year.


Mark will join celebrity Chef James Martin live on air at 10am and in keeping with his passion for promoting Jersey produce, Mark will feature fresh Jersey ingredients in a dish that has been specially chosen by James after his visit to The Atlantic Hotel earlier this year.  James was so impressed with this particular dish that he has personally requested that Mark cook it on the programme.


Commenting on Mark Jordan’s fourth appearance on Saturday Kitchen, Patrick Burke, Owner of The Atlantic Hotel said, “We were thrilled to welcome James Martin to the hotel as a guest this summer and are delighted that Mark has been asked to appear on Saturday Kitchen for a second time this year.  It’s been an exciting six months here at The Atlantic Hotel as well as for Jersey as a whole with the retention of three Michelin stars and the news that our sister restaurant Mark Jordan at the Beach has been awarded a much sought after Bib Gourmand.  As we move into the winter period we are also delighted to be able to offer the Luxury Jersey Michelin Experience working with other top local hotels and we are so proud to help raise Jersey’s profile as a gastronomic destination.”
