Michelin Star Restaurant in Jersey
Ocean Restaurant was named as one of thirteen restaurants to be newly recognised at one star level at the launch of the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2007. The 2007 guide features the Michelin Star Ocean Restaurant, highlighted 122 establishments with stars covering all areas from the Channel Islands to Scotland and Ireland.
