Chef Will Holland to appear on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen
Executive Chef of Ocean Restaurant at The Atlantic Hotel, Will Holland will appear on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen on the 14th July. Andi Oliver will host the programme, with Will joined by Chef Neil Rankin, wine expert Olly Smith and special guest Tony Hadley.
In Will’s first live studio appearance since joining The Atlantic Hotel in the autumn of 2017, he will showcase his celebrated approach to cuisine which highlights exemplary Jersey produce. Regarding his upcoming appearance, Will said, ‘’I look forward to appearing on Saturday Kitchen again to present my Jersey-inspired dish. The land and waters of Jersey are so rich with vibrant flavours, I am thrilled to be able to share them with Saturday Kitchen’s audience.”
Will has already been seen on Saturday Kitchen this year, presenting a segment on the 28th April where he explored the farming of Jersey Royal potatoes. Demonstrating his favourite way to cook Jersey Royals, Will prepared a simple dish on an outdoor stove on the headland at The Atlantic Hotel overlooking St Ouen’s Bay.
