Wednesday 20 March
Genuine Jersey evening including a three course dinner featuring Tommy Radiguet, Head Chef, Samphire, Jersey with paired local beverages.
Thursday 21 March
A five course gastronomic dinner crafted by Adam Smith, Executive Chef, Michelin Star Woven by Adam Smith, Coworth Park, Berkshire including a champagne and canape reception and wine flight.
Friday 22 March
A six course, four hands menu with James Knappett, Chef & Co-Founder, 2 Michelin Star Kitchen Table, London and Will Holland including a champagne and canape reception and wine flight.
Saturday 23 March
A four course, four hands menu with Gary Jones, former Executive Head Chef, 2 Michelin Star Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Oxfordshire and Will Holland.
