Executive Chef Will Holland heads to Thailand to share culinary expertise at Asia’s Gourmet Hotel The Nai Harn Phuket
Will Holland, Executive Chef at The Atlantic Hotel, Jersey (theatlantichotel.com) will return to Thailand during the hotel’s annual closure as a guest chef at Asia’s ultimate gourmet hotel The Nai Harn Phuket.
After a successful year redeveloping the culinary offering at The Atlantic, Will Holland will showcase his culinary expertise across a programme of special events at the luxury hotel within its two fine dining restaurants, Cosmo and beach side chic Rock Salt.
Mark Jones, Executive Chef at The Nai Harn extended an invitation to Will following previous successful guest chef events together at The Nai Harn. Will has designed five daily specials for Rock Salt restaurant running from Saturday 19th January to Friday 25th January. These include mussels cooked with smoked pancetta bacon, dry cider, apple, sage and cream as well as fig, cured ham and goat’s cheese flatbread cooked in the wood fired oven with a truffle honey dressed salad.
Will Holland will also host an exclusive canapé party atop the infinity-edged Reflections Rooftop Bar. With panoramic sea views over what has been voted Thailand’s Best Beach by Trip Advisor users, he will demonstrate the making of the canapés live to the guests of The Nai Harn.
Will’s sojourn in Thailand will culminate with a ‘Dining Under the Stars’ guest chef dinner. Serving a five-course gastronomic tasting menu on the rooftop at Reflections, Will will prepare the dishes live on barbecues overlooking the bay.
