Will Holland, Executive Chef at The Atlantic Hotel, Jersey (theatlantichotel.com) will return to Thailand during the hotel’s annual closure as a guest chef at Asia’s ultimate gourmet hotel The Nai Harn Phuket.

After a successful year redeveloping the culinary offering at The Atlantic, Will Holland will showcase his culinary expertise across a programme of special events at the luxury hotel within its two fine dining restaurants, Cosmo and beach side chic Rock Salt.

Mark Jones, Executive Chef at The Nai Harn extended an invitation to Will following previous successful guest chef events together at The Nai Harn. Will’s sojourn in Thailand will culminate with a ‘Dining Under the Stars’ guest chef dinner. Serving a five-course gastronomic tasting menu on the rooftop at Reflections, Will will prepare the dishes live on barbecues overlooking the bay.

Patrick Burke, Owner and Managing Director of The Atlantic Hotel, said: “We are delighted Will has been invited back to The Nai Harn for the third year in a row.
