Top Grades for Culinary Arts Student
We’re delighted to announce that one of our young, aspiring chefs has achieved a first-class BA Honours degree in Culinary Arts Management from University College Birmingham.
As part of her degree course, Emma Preisig from Jersey, completed a research project to critically review the extent to which culinary tourism impacts consumer choice: a case study of Jersey, Channel Islands.
Emma has worked with the team in Ocean Restaurant since 2018 undertaking seasonal work during university holidays and completing a placement year in 2019/20. She is currently working as a Demi Chef de Partie in the 4 AA Rosette restaurant.
