The Atlantic Hotel’s Glenn Noel studies world-class pastry techniques in Paris
The Atlantic Hotel’s Pastry Chef, Glenn Noel is in Paris this week on a prestigious three day intensive training course at the renowned Ecole Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil. The only UK chef attending the course, Glenn is being tutored by Ludovic Richard, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France Boulanger, World Vice Champion and European Champion of Bakery.
Glenn is truly one of Jersey’s rising stars. After leaving Hautlieu School he undertook a two year catering course at Highlands College Academy of Culinary Arts, during which time he carried out work experience at The Atlantic Hotel under the expert guidance of Executive Head Chef Mark Jordan, gaining important hands on experience in all sections of a busy Michelin-starred kitchen. His obvious talent and fierce dedication have enabled him to rise quickly through the ranks to his latest position as Pastry Chef.
