Thursday 12 March 'Five Course Banquet'

 

On Thursday 12 March, Will Holland will be joined by a brigade of notable chefs from across Britain. They will create a spectacular five course menu of dishes inspired by local ingredients, served with a paired wine flight.

At this event, guests will enjoy dishes from:

  • Lee Westcott, Chef Patron at Pensons at the Netherwood Estate, Worcestershire (awarded a Michelin star in 2019)
  • Simon Hulstone, Chef Owner at The Elephant, Torquay
  • Joe Baker, Chef Owner at Number 10, Jersey 
  • William Curley, Patissier Chocolatier Owner at William Curley
