Originally from Devon, Scott has an outstanding track record working in some of the UK’s most prestigious establishments.
Prior to joining the team here at The Atlantic Hotel, Scott was Acting General Manager at the award winning, luxury country house hotel Gidleigh Park.
Gidleigh Park is renowned for truly exceptional levels of cuisine under the direction of Michael Caines MBE. Scott has also worked alongside celebrated chef Raymond Blanc OBE at the world famous Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons.
Scott is incredibly proud to be a St Julian’s Scholar; the scholarship programme of The Master Innholders, thanks to which he benefitted from a management training programme at Lausanne in Switzerland.
