Gourmet Breaks are per room per stay and include GST, full English breakfast, a seven course Tasting Menu on one evening and a three course table d’hôte dinner on the other in the Michelin-starred Ocean Restaurant, a half bottle of champagne, a signed copy of Mark Jordan's cookbook Ocean Voyage and a group B hire car (petrol, insurance and Jersey hire car tax to be settled direct with the hire car company). Guests also enjoy complimentary use of the Palm Club leisure facilities.
