Smoked salmon parcel
Sweet pickled cucumber, dill emulsion, salt-baked beetroot, keta

Ham hock terrine
Homemade piccalilli, toasted fruit and nut bread, organic Jersey leaves

Parsnip cream soup (v)
Chestnut puree, Bramley apple jelly, crispy sage

Free range turkey 'Kiev'
Bread sauce, spiced cranberries, shredded Brussels sprouts, roast parsnips

Torched sea bream fillet
Sesame dumplings, pak choi, oriental broth, fennel salad

Butternut squash risotto (v)
Roasted butternut squah, toasted pumpkin seeds, sage butter, Old Winchester cheese crisps
