Bread sauce, spiced cranberries, shredded Brussels sprouts, roast parsnips

Smoked haddock risotto, parsley dressing, curried onion beignets, coriander

Bubble and Squeak pithivier (v)
Chestnut cream sauce, choucroute, crispy kale, caramelised onion
