Dunell's

Dunell's is an 'award-winning' independent, family-owned business based in Jersey. The business has been trading for over 120 years but we celebrated our 50th birthday as a wine and spirit merchant in 2019. We have 3 shops based in Beaumont, St. Helier and Gorey as well as our full e-commerce website offering free island-wide delivery. We pride ourselves on our extensive range of over 1,700 wines (plus a further 400 trade only wines) from all over the world, our wide range of spirits including our very own Pink Granite Gin, liqueurs, beers, lagers, ciders, waters and soft drinks as well as an extensive range of glassware and wine accessories, and our ability to offer our customers first-class personal, friendly advice combined with excellent customer service.

In 2019 we won the International Wine Challenge Regional Merchant of the Year for the South and South East of England for the fourth year in a row and were absolutely delighted to win, for the first time, the overall National IWC Small Independent Merchant of the Year 2019.

Taittinger

Taittinger is one of the last great independent Champagne houses owned and actively managed by the family named on the label. The founder, Pierre Taittinger, bought in 1932 the Forest and Fourneaux house which was created in 1734. The Reims based house is headed up by Pierre’s grandson Pierre Emmanuel Taittinger, who has dedicated 45 years to Champagne and the house that bears his family name and history. At the end of 2019 he handed over the reins, and his daughter Vitalie Taittinger became President of Taittinger Champagne. Along with her brother Clovis, they will continue their father's passion and be the guardians of style, quality and integrity. The hallmark of their fine Champagne is the highest proportion of Chardonnay used in their winemaking to produce elegant and delicate Champagne.

The Thursday and Friday events of Eat Jersey will see House of Taittinger Champagne being served to diners.

Hildon Mineral Water

The Hildon name, synonymous with classic style and quality, started its 30 year journey on a humble dairy farm. Since then Hildon has gained an international reputation as one of the most iconic British bottled water brands and is now available in 36 countries worldwide.

Jersey Sea Salt

Jersey Sea Salt produces natural unrefined sea salt harvested ecologically from the pristine waters of the Channel Islands, dried without artificial heat and free from chemical additives. The only energy used to harvest our Sea Salt is that from the sun.

Our production facilities are a stone throw away from Jersey's most easterly bay, where the tidal surge is at its strongest. We harvest fresh sea water and collect it in our salt houses, where we let nature take its course. We then sort, sieve and pack the salt by hand.

Woodlands Farm

We are a working family dairy farm nestled in the heart of Jersey. We also have the Woodlands Farm Butchers in the farm courtyard and our farm shop opens seasonally at the farm gateway selling our famous Jersey Royals amongst a host of other local goodies!
