Saturday 14 March

 

On Saturday 14 March, diners will enjoy a pop-up chef collaboration between Kuba Winkowski and Will Holland, who will be joined by his sous chef Adam Braithwaite.

Formerly of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and The Feathered Nest, Kuba was awarded the title of National Chef of the Year 2019. In August 2019, he turned his attention to his new project Kubarn which is focused on a small plate concept using ingredients sourced exclusively from local farmers.

Dinner between 18:30 and 22:00

 

How much?

Lunch from £45. To include a four course set menu. Guests will be seated restaurant style on individual tables.

Dinner from £75. To include a six course set menu. Guests will be seated restaurant style on individual tables.
