Apple compote, candied walnuts, truffle and honey dressing

‘Sardines on toast’
Torched sardine fillets, tomato pistou, toasted sourdough, black olives

Jersey Royal veloute (v)
Slow-cooked egg yolk, green vegetables, pea shoots, mint oil

Grilled sea bream fillet
Provencale couscous, artichoke hearts, lemon, olive and basil dressing

Roast checken breast
Bread sauce, roast potatoes, sprouting broccoli, smoked bacon crisp, chicken jus

Roast beef sirloin
Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, celeriac remoulade, caramelised onion, crushed swede and carrot, seasonal greens, red wine sauce, horseradish cream

Roast cod fillet
Seared squid, chorizo risotto, charred tenderstem broccoli, avocado puree, smoked paprika
