Celeriac remoulade, quince puree, watercress salad

Truffle mayonnaise, mushroom duxelles, toasted hazelnuts, honey dressing

Braised lamb chump daube
Anna potato, garden radishes, green vegetables, shallot butter

Pea and mint pearl barley (v)
Poached egg, charred asparagus, pine nuts, pea shoots

 

To finish
 

Hot dark chocolate fondant
Cocoa nib crumb, vanilla ice cream

Chutney, frozen grapes, biscuits and bread
