To start

Jersey beef tartare
Pickled shallots, crispy bread crumbs, truffle mayonnaise

Stilton mousse (v)
Apple chutney, candied walnuts, honey dressing, baby salad leaves


To follow

Pan-fried plaice fillets
Lobster risotto, tender leeks, samphire, crispy shallots, onion oil

Crispy polenta gnocchi (v)
Creamed watercress, mushroom duxelles, baby onions, watercress salad


To finish

Hot dark chocolate fondant
Cocoa nib crumb, vanilla ice cream

Chutney, frozen grapes, biscuits and bread
