Yoga Brunch

Join us for a yoga practice to settle the mind and body, followed by a delicious brunch. Our expert instructor will guide you through a grounding yoga practise, starting with flow-like elements and movement to encourage freedom and fluidity, followed by a more Hatha-like practice to encourage grounding and a steady foundation.


Brunch will follow to include:

Wellness Brunch

Smoothie of the moment

Egg dish of the day
Root ginger and lemon tea

No experience is required for the class and yoga mats will be provided. Let your instructor know of any injuries on arrival.
