Taittinger is one of the last great independent Champagne houses owned and actively managed by the family named on the label. The founder, Pierre Taittinger, bought in 1932 the Forest and Fourneaux house which was created in 1734. The current director is Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger and he’s assisted by his daughter and his son, Vitalie and Clovis. They are guardians of style, quality and integrity. The hallmark of their fine Champagne is the highest proportion of Chardonnay used in their winemaking to produce elegant and delicate Champagne.

The Friday and Saturday evenings of Eat Jersey will see House of Taittinger Champagne being served to diners.

Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust

The Eat Jersey Food Festival is delighted to have Durrell Conservation Trust as its chosen philanthropic partner.

Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust is an international charity working to save species from extinction. Headquartered at Jersey Zoo in the Channel Islands, Durrell focuses on the most threatened species in the most threatened places.

Established by author and conservationist, Gerald Durrell, in 1959, Durrell’s overall aim is for more diverse, beautiful and resilient natural landscapes in which species can thrive and people can enjoy a deeper connection with nature. Their approach concentrates on the rewilding of animals, the rewilding of ecosystems and the rewilding of people. 

Faulkner Fisheries

Faulkner Fisheries was founded by Sean Faulkner in 1980. They operate form Jersey and Guernsey with their own viviers, fish shop and a rustic restaurant here at L'Etacq. They also have another Poissonnerie in the famous St Helier Fish Market selling fresh fish and shellfish and a fishing Vessel "Corentine" based in St Helier Harbour. The ethos in every sector of the company is seafood. Yet each specialises in their own particular field whether it be retail, wholesale, export and now provide beautiful freshly cooked seafood served overlooking the breathtaking St Ouen's bay with a glass of wine.

Fungi Delecti

Fungi Delecti is a one stop larder for chefs and home cooks. Fungi started with a single shitake mushroom in 1992 and now it encompasses a diverse range of over 1,600 product lines. There is very little being used in modern day cuisine that Fungi Delecti doesn't have at its fingertips.

White Rock Brewery

White Rock Brewery offers real cask-conditioned ales inspired by traditional recipes but adapted and modernised to create an infusion of flavours with depth and originality, unlike anything else on the market.
