The Eat Jersey Food Festival 2016 begins on Thursday 3 November when Executive Head Chef, Mark Jordan will be joined by celebrated chefs from the Channel Islands.

Working in partnership with island producers to create a feast of locally inspired dishes, a specially created five course menu will be paired with superior wines by Head Sommelier Richard Burton.

The evening will begin with a champagne reception before moving through to Ocean Restaurant.

The renowned chefs joining Mark Jordan are:

Steve Smith, Bohemia at The Club Hotel & Spa, Jersey (One Michelin Star, Four AA Rosettes)

Nicolas Valmagna, Tassili at Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, Jersey (Three AA Rosettes)

Simon McKenzie, The Brasserie Restaurant at The Old Government House Hotel & Spa, Guernsey

In addition, Mark will be joined by Jarek Nowakowski, newly appointed Head Pastry Chef at The Atlantic Hotel.
