The Saturday of Eat Jersey 2016 will see an exclusive pop up restaurant in partnership with Outlaw's at The Capital in London when Head Chef Tom Brown will join our Executive Head Chef Mark Jordan to create a collaborative menu of beautifully crafted seafood dishes for both lunch and dinner.
Guests will have a choice of four, six or eight 'petit plat' menus.
