The Friday evening of Eat Jersey 2016 sees Executive Head Chef, Mark Jordan joined by a unique brigade of chefs from the UK. Local gourmet specialities will captivate guests with a sensational array of dishes throughout the six course menu with paired wines selected by Head Sommelier Richard Burton.
The evening will begin with a champagne reception before moving through to Ocean Restaurant.
