The Friday evening of Eat Jersey 2016 sees Executive Head Chef, Mark Jordan joined by a unique brigade of chefs from the UK. Local gourmet specialities will captivate guests with a sensational array of dishes throughout the six course menu with paired wines selected by Head Sommelier Richard Burton.

The evening will begin with a champagne reception before moving through to Ocean Restaurant.

The renowned chefs joining Mark Jordan are:

Andrew Fairlie, Andrew Fairlie Restaurant at Gleneagles (Two Michelin Stars, Four AA Rosettes)

André Garrett, Cliveden House, Berkshire (Three AA Rosettes)

Robert Thompson, Thompson's, Isle of Wight

Matthew Peryer, The Restaurant at Lewtrenchard Manor, Devon
