Hildon Natural Mineral Water

Hildon is proud to be supporting the prestigious Atlantic Eat Jersey Food Festival.

As Hildon Natural Mineral Water is the preferred water of the Institute of Masters of Wine and the only brand ever to win the Chefs’ Choice Award for three consecutive years, Hildon is often considered a perfect pairing for fine food.

Having always been passionate about taste, they pioneered gentler carbonation levels to enable diners to truly delight in the refreshment of ‘Hildon Gently Sparkling’ as an alternative to their ‘Delightfully Still’ Natural Mineral Water. Hildon Natural Mineral Water, extracted and bottled at the Hildon Estate in the spectacular Test Valley in Hampshire, England, boasts a neutral pH and a sodium content lower than most other bottled waters.

Last year Hildon celebrated their 25th birthday with a new £4.5 million, state of the art, on site bottling plant to enable them to meet growing global demand and continue to provide the outstanding service that customers have come to expect.

Although Hildon has grown and changed as a company, they remain true to the values upon which they were founded. Their focus on the environment is reflected in everything they do and they continue to show commitment to supporting their local communities through the Hildon Foundation.

Maison Louis Jadot

From the start, Maison Louis Jadot has always accorded equal importance to each of Burgundy's appellations, from Grand Crus right through to regional wines. Their aim is to express the true nature of Burgundy through their wines, a terroir that can be both proud of its past and optimistic about its future.

In order to produce wines that celebrate their terroir, Frédéric Barnier works with a team: Cyril and Audrey. Together they have a large part to play in determining the success of their enterprise. Each influences the creation of wines with their own particular set of skills, whether technical or commercial, thereby ensuring that Maison Louis Jadot has a bright future ahead of it.
