Head Chef Mark Jordan has created a sophisticated selection of menus, including a seasonal a la carte, daily changing set menus and specially selected vegetarian dishes. An extensive wine list complements Mark’s food.
Ocean’s design is influenced by its coastal setting. Blues, whites and beiges create a modern classic look, while delightful hand-crafted furniture and specially commissioned artwork emphasise the feeling of luxury. White American shutters frame stunning views over the gardens to the ocean beyond.
Working together with the Genuine Jersey Products Association, Mark Jordan uses the best local ingredients whenever possible. The summer months see the introduction of Mark’s Menu de Terroir which is designed to feature exclusively the finest and freshest produce from Jersey’s coast and countryside. This five course tasting menu uses many products which already have international recognition and arrive straight into the kitchen bearing the distinctive Genuine Jersey logo.
Ocean has been awarded a Michelin Star as well as three Rosettes in the AA Restaurant Guide 2007, placing it in the top echelon of restaurants in the British Isles.
