The Atlantic Hotel is proud to announce the launch of an exceptional new cookbook 'Ocean Voyage'. Michelin-starred chef Mark Jordan shares his culinary secrets in this hard-backed publication of over 200 pages. The book showcases a stunning collection of 60 mouth-watering recipes illustrated with breathtaking photography.
Ocean Voyage has been commissioned by Atlantic Owner and Managing Director, Patrick Burke to celebrate the continued success of Ocean Restaurant which has been awarded a Michelin star for the sixth consecutive year. Speaking about the inspiration to create the book Patrick Burke explained "What has been incredibly satisfying is seeing how, since Ocean Restaurant first opened, Mark's style has matured and become ever more confident. He is at the top of his game and now is the perfect time for a cookbook."
As well as Mark's rise to Michelin stardom, Ocean Voyage also charts the evolution of the hotel's dining room, detailing its development from the days of full-board holidays in the 1970s to today's outstanding Ocean Restaurant.
