Atlantic named one of Britain’s Best Seaside Hotels by Saturday Telegraph

Jersey’s Atlantic Hotel is this month celebrating being listed as one of ‘Britain’s Best Seaside Hotels’ by the Saturday Telegraph. The current heat wave in the UK has seen a huge surge of interest in British holiday destinations and the Daily Telegraph’s Hotel Guru Fiona Duncan has selected 25 of Britain’s very best places to stay by the seaside this summer.

Highlighted alongside stunning properties such as the Hotel Tresanton in Cornwall and the Isle of Eriska in Argyll, The Atlantic received a rave review from Fiona after her stay at the hotel: ‘the sophisticated, all-white reception rooms are timelessly stylish, complemented by beautifully mannered staff who provide the traditional element in a hotel that stays fresh, while refusing to follow fashion.’

The Atlantic was the only hotel in the Channel Islands to have been featured and owner Patrick Burke is understandably delighted with the recognition: “I am thrilled to bits that we have been listed as one of the best seaside hotels in Britain by the Saturday Telegraph. It’s great for a Jersey property to be included in this ‘round-up’ as these lists are incredibly prestigious.  We have already seen an increase in bookings as a result and believe that with the recent amazing weather we can look forward to a busy summer season.”
