The Atlantic is licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies in a choice of two private rooms. The Garden Room with a capacity of up to 40 guests offers direct access to the terrace and gardens while the wood-panelled Pine Room seats up to 60 guests in great comfort.
The hotel’s Events team works closely with the wedding party to plan every detail of the ceremony and celebration, and is able to call on a network of local experts to assist with the floral displays, wedding cake, live music and entertainment. The Atlantic can also offer a choice of photographers, each of whom has extensive experience of combining the gardens and dramatic coastal setting to create the most enchanting photographic record of that special day.
Whether informal canapés or a full wedding banquet, talented Head Chef Mark Jordan, recently awarded a Michelin star, is on hand to create memorable menus using a range of fresh Jersey produce. Meanwhile, the hotel’s sommeliers will help select the most fitting champagnes and wines for the occasion.
