Atlantic Wins Award For Outstanding Service
Jersey's Atlantic Hotel has won the Condé Nast Johansens Award for Excellence in the Outstanding Service category, UK & Ireland. The winners were announced at a special 25th anniversary ceremony at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London on the evening of Monday 6 November.
These prestigious awards are based on responses from guest nomination forms, guest survey reports, and regional inspector reports drawn from the hotels featured in the Johansens guide. The judges commented, "The Atlantic has consistently demonstrated impressive standards of presentation and service. The staff remember guests' names and preferences and operate with exemplary confidence yet quiet efficiency which ensures that the guest experience at The Atlantic reaches beyond most expectations. Owner Patrick Burke and General Manager Jason Adams should be congratulated."

The Condé Nast Johansens Guide is now in its 25th year and is firmly established as the leading guide to hotels in the UK and further afield. As a longstanding family business we are particularly proud to have been the only hotel in the Channel Islands to have been featured in the very first edition and still recommended today."
