Atlantic Wins RAC's Gold Ribbon
Jersey's Atlantic Hotel has been awarded the RAC Gold Ribbon - the highest accolade awarded by the organisation. This supreme award was given following an overnight, incognito inspection and recognises hotels at the very pinnacle within their star rating.
Atlantic Managing Director, Patrick Burke said "This accolade is a major achievement for The Atlantic and follows on from our continuing investment programme. As a family business we are extremely fortunate to have a long serving and highly professional team of staff. More than anything else this award is a fitting tribute to their hard work and dedication."
Only hotels that truly exceed the standards required by the RAC receive the coveted Gold Ribbon. These hotels represent the cutting edge of excellence in hotel keeping and have that special something that really makes them stand out from the crowd. They are known for offering superlative standards of comfort, hospitality, food, service, customer care and guest awareness.
Jason Adams, General Manager at The Atlantic, said "This is a wonderful day for The Atlantic. Since my arrival in January we have worked hard to raise the already high standards here at the hotel. The Gold Ribbon places us firmly among the best hotels in the country and will further raise our profile internationally."
